1. Accounts

To use the portal, you need an account created either by your club administrator or through a self-service signup flow. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us or your administrator know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose, or to harass, abuse, or harm another person
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, clubs, or our systems
  • Upload false duty records, qualifications, or check-in data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service

3. Club administrator responsibilities

If you administer a club on DutyGO, you're responsible for the accuracy of the staff records you add, for obtaining any consents needed to add members to the roster, and for promptly removing members who should no longer have access. We provide the tools; how your club uses them is your responsibility.

4. Subscriptions & payment

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis as described at checkout. Prices may change with reasonable notice. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable for partial billing periods. Enterprise terms are agreed separately with your account manager.

5. Service availability

We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may suspend access for maintenance, security, or legal reasons, and will give notice where reasonably possible.

6. Your data

You retain ownership of the data you and your club enter into DutyGO. We process it as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your club's staff data at any time using the built-in CSV export feature.

7. Intellectual property

DutyGO, its software, design, and branding are owned by Firebound Interactive. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding beyond what's needed to use the service normally.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DutyGO is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including missed duties, scheduling errors, or data loss, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, including for the acceptable use violations described in Section 2. Club administrators may remove individual members from their roster at any time.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
